If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will
appear on your billing statement.
For mail orders paid by check or money order: allow up to 20
business days to receive your refund or replacement item.

processed and shipped following receipt of payment and the returned item(s). *If paying by check: please allow additional time for

20 business days to receive the credit, from the date your returned
